Antenna Help \ Suggestions

Hi guys,
We are currently building a new maintenance complex at our golf course \ softball complex. These buildings are just starting to be built and we are looking for suggestions for mounting our antennas.
Our build is 150’ by 50’ wood frame, metal siding\roof with our office in the south west corner of the building. The office will be fully finished, but we will need to have access to connect the coax to our encoder and radio modems.
Now to the antennas. We have an Antenex fiberglass omni directional UHF that is about 70” long for our paging encoder (irrigation control), we also have a 900 mhz directional yagi that is used with a radio modem (pump station control), we might also have a 2.4 ghz panel someday.
This is the first project we are undertaking that requires all this stuff and we are looking for a system that will last for years to come. Would you recommend running galvanized conduit to the roof for each antenna or just one for all of them? Would you mount the antennas directly on the conduit or on a mast attached to the mast? How about location on the building? Also, how do you recommend terminating the coax inside the building to make it look nice in our office?
Also, while we are running all this line, what type of lightning arrester would you suggest and mounting locations for it? We have the ability, right now, if we want to, to run a copper ground over to where the office will be or we can do it later
I basically, because this is a totally new course, have free range (within reason) to do whatever I would like to, to get this going. I’m open for any suggestions or any other references that you guys have for this project.
Thanks again,
.Michael
