Hi all. Time to beg for more of your help.
Looking through the existing posts, I got the idea to check my crossover freq. When I go into the sevice menu/xo freq page, the "new value" field is all question marks, like "????????". When I try to enter anything, even ANY of the the default values listed in the help section, I just get the angry beeps and "Invalid Value". EVEN if I enter the existing value, (which was actually the correct default. And you're stuck - bang all the keys you want, you're not gettin' out of that screen, because it demands you have an "invalid" value there. Although I found a way to trick it - Hit F1 for Help, than F10 to drop back into that screem, whereupon I see the field has been all filled in again with "??????????". THEN I can hit F10 and drop out of the XO Freq screen.
What the hell was that all about??
And also, juuuuust as I was about to hit "Submit" for this post, I though of something - for this operation do I need to be using a real "service cable", as opposed to a simple programming cable? Extra electrical connections?
Thanks again in advance.
