Motorola Spirit HP Charging Question (Rapid Charger)

Hi
the question that I have is: When charging The Motorola Spirit HP radio's using a rapid charger does the light turn green when fully charged. I have a couple of 10 hour chargers and the light always stays red. I would like a find a charger that will let the radio's get a full charge and then show the green light (fully charged) Is this feature available on the rapid chargers. Thanks
