Batboard

We recently lost the ALI server at one of our 911 centers. We have replaced the server and now have the system back on line with the exception of the CTI functions from the keyboard. Palladium needs to know which phone buttons are associated with each feature. position keyboard buttons 1-12 and F1-F12 are programmed to reflect phone features like answer, flash, etc. I have these buttons on the position phone but cannot find any documention that identifies the button numbers. Does any one know where I can get this information.

This is a Centralink 2000 system using the SRX Vision ANI controller.
