Bill Pasternack

or RF Industries
http://www.rfindustries.com/

They aren't exactly kits, but they both have an enormous selection of connectors available.

I bought the crimp tool kit from RF industries. It's Chinese, but it IS identical to the Ideal crimper I already had.

Pasternack connectors are a joke. They're poorly made and *damned* expensive. Stick with RF Industries, Kings, Amphenol, etc.
