Minitor V Programming

I recently received new minitor V pagers for our FD. I am having a problem programming On/Off duty calls into pager with software purchased from motorola. It seems after you make selections for on or off duty and close and save the file the selections all revert to on duty. Has anyone been experiencing this same problem. I have no problems doing this with minitor III or IV pagers.

This is a known bug is R01.00.00, if memory serves. You'll need to use your Motorola Online account (if enabled) or contact Motorola to get the updated software.

To solve the problem you will need version 1.1.1

Thanks.
I just received the software from Motorola about a week ago. Looking at the update it was updated back in May. I downloaded the new version as it is not available on cd yet. You would think that when they send you the software with a known bug that they would advise you of the fix.

hope this helps you. seems as if motorola is posting new minitor software on their website. Compitition must be getting to them finally.

Holy shniekies! I would think they'd have it on Mot Online but I'm blown away that they actually had it up for public d/l. B-l-o-w-n a-w-a-y!

Damn, I had hoped they'd provide a blank codeplug to check out the features, etc.. but it appears they don't provide it anymore.

You only get that on the CD.

Hey we're lucky enough the software is available to download
Now if the Paging people who put up the software could apply for a job in the 2 Way division and do the same with CPS.............. yeah right

Just reprogrammed my M5 with the new software. Worked like a charm.
