Can a 430-split astro spectra be put onto the ham band and still retain digital?? I know that the saber can but can the spectra?

no, you can't put it in the ham band w/o hardware changes

sure, it would retain the digital IMBE flash, but without a synthesizer or rx that works, what's the point?
