Anyone know anything about the PA system?

We've been hearing that there were major problems implementing the Pennsylvania digital radio system. After long delays, it looks like PenDOT has finally switched. Anyone hear any rumors on how things are going?

Many problems is an understatement.
From what I'm told, they switched over and went back....again.

In Southeast PA, PennDot is on the new system. The old lowband equipment was not only removed from the trucks but the tower was taken down as well. State Police are not using it though....
