Astro Saber TMSS assignment? - Solved!

Well, I finally got my Astro Saber programmed, and all is gleefull good. Except...
I can't seem to reassign the TMSS switch functions. The radio is not secure equipped. The "secure hardware" checkbox is unchecked in CPS. But for some strange reason CPS shows those fields as view only (even though I can drop them down and it shows a plethora of options).
I've got only conventional analog personalities and one conventional ASTRO personality. Now, I've looked through the Secure tabs for each personality, and the type is set to "select" (even though it's greyed out). Even if I've told the radio that no crypto hardware is present, could this be the cause of this particular problem? If so, do I need to temporarily tell CPS that the radio is secure hardware equipped, strap all the personalities to clear, and then change it back?
CPS: R04.01.04
Host: 07.13.00
DSP: I08.02.08
Any thoughts?

Well, the solution turned out to be painfully obvious. While the Conventional Position 1 and the Trunking Position 1 and 2 were view only, it turns out that Conventional Position 2 is editable, and as soon as I set it to anything besides Secure TX Select, all the other fields became editable. Go figure!
