Nice installs... ya'll must really like the Cencom. I've got one going in my new truck... pretty cool system.
How'd the install of the TIR3s onto the mirror caps go? Any hints? I'm looking at fitting at least a TIR3, maybe a pair (red/blue) onto the back side of my F350 trailer-tow (dumbo-ear) mirrors.

the installs on the Mirror Beams went quick and easy. It was a matter of Dollars and Sense since we did 4 new cars for the dept and they were on a budget. the TIRs are an inexpensive choice VS the Whelen part with the LED already built in. We buy the Mirror end caps in advance from Ford and pre assemble them in place (usually during down time in the shop) - I would say each mirror total time including wireing takes less then 30Mins. Our biggest issue it seems is the guys have a tendency to break the clips on 1/2 the caps they remove from the cars. so we dont get to recycle as many as we should. Im sure there is a perfect way to do it, we just havent mastered it. but they are inexpensive and the end cap and the TIR3 is 1/3 the cost of the Whelen part. I also like to sync them with the opposite side grill light. Personally I think it looks real trick when the car is lit up. We have also done it with 500 series TIR6 LED lights as well. Good Luck with your Project let me know how it goes. Oh another thing from the pics that we have really come to like alot. Use a Strip-Lite Led in the center of the trunk lid for when its open- Fast Easy Simple and Inexpensive - almost no time on the install- Tap right into the truck lock mech, thats where the light activation is, no more mecury switches needed.
