How come the programming cable diagram at Batlabs.com shows different from what the Motorola diagram says in regards to the MTR2000 programming cable?

Time for another trip to radio hack....in rush hour...

If you look at both diagrams closely, they started counting the RJ45 pins from opposite ends of the connector.

The cables that they ultimately describe are electrically identical.

The numbering on the Motorola diagram is correct. The Batlabs version is backwards.
