spectra vhf codeplug

I have a vhf spectra code plug with no vhf spectra is there any way to read this code plug in 800mhz anolog spectra?

What are you trying to do? If you have the codeplug (VHF) and you just want to read it, then open it up in the Spectra RSS. You don't need a radio to look at the codeplug.
