Hi!
Please could someone tell me which version of the CPS I need to program a GP388, European version?
I have R06.04.00 but I get "Unsupported Model" errors when I select read device.
Incidentally, what is the latest version of the CPS released by Motorola? Just wondered how far behind I am!
Thanks in advance!

You need the European version of the software.
Or you need this link:

If you're running the US version of the software, it's normally locked to disallow handling Euro radios.
You're pretty close to the current rev. I believe current is 06.07, but I haven't looked in a month or two.

Thanks for the reply! I had already applied the Region Hack as I thought this might be an issue. In my CPS, it says:
Product's Version: R06.04.00
Supported Region(s): LA FD MD AA AZ
Supported Frequencies: 800MHz / UHF / VHF / Low Band / 220 / 700
Surely this should be capable of programming the GP388?
Thanks!

Hmm, that's a Euro EX600, which does program with Pro-series software. Sorry, I'm at a loss...

You can only use the GM/GP3xx RSS,because the radio have the select 5 firmware inside.R03.05.00 is the latest.
