I just bought it on eBay. I've used the Pro-Copper in the past. I like the idea, but I didn't like the flimsy armrest. I like the Havis Shields angled series, anyone have comments on it?

thanks

Havis is nice, but so is Troy, Jotto Desk or Gamber-Johnson.

All depends on what you're trying to mount and how you want it to fit and look when finished.

Got the angled series havis console in my G-ride and absolutely love it. It's a nice console and has plenty of room - tho I didn't install it myself, I understand that it was a breeze too.

To give everyone an idea what we are talking about, here a stock pic from the website.

I really don't understand the hatred for the ProCopper consoles. I think it's just prejudice.

No, I like the console, but the armrest wobbles back and forth more than Katherine Hepburn.

Have you seen the new Havis Stout Console - might be a good option:

I've had two different pro-coppers in my vehicles and have used two different ones at work and have never had problems with armrests (regular or flashlight mount).

I have seen them wobble when the stuff inside was taller than the bin or the part of the console that sticks inside, but that's about it.
