does anyone know if you can hook up a mobile mic into it? so i can use my handheld nextel as a two way radio in my truck?

yes. theres a plug that uses a hand mic similar to any mobile radio.

You can use any Radius, or Maxtrac style mic (HMN1056D). Just plug it into the HICK (Hands free Interface Car Kit) and your set.
