Does anyone have a solution to the low audio alert tone that seems to be a common problem in the Advisor II other than shipping them back to Moto? They just replace the whole thing if it's in warranty and it's not worth it when it's out of warranty.

Guess I found my own answer. It's the transducer itself that goes. Pulled one from another dead pager and restored the one with low alert tone.

Moto not supplying schematics or parts for these. Guess it's time to go hunting for a replacement part.

I'll post if I find anything worthwhile.
