What is involved in changing and Astro saber I ruggedized to a regular Astro Saber model I.

Is it just a recase issue?

Yup. The chassis is 100% identical.

Going the other way is a little more involved, though... the cases are actually charged with an inert gas to keep moisture out, or something like that.
