Batboard

Has anyone seen or heard of problems with the function announcment getting switched. We have one that when turning to D it no longer announces "Priority Scan", it now announces with a piece of one of the calls it recorded.
It was running with firmware 2.8 when this occured and I've since upgraded the firmware and checked all the programming however it's still stuck.
Anyone hear of anything like this?
