Looking for a Watt Meter for HT1000 radio

Hi could someone point me in the right direction on which Model and brand name watt meter should I buy on batlabs or ebay that would work for the HT1000 VHF radio's, thanks

Any watt meter will work on the HT1000 provided you can acquire the necessary SMA adapters, remember that you have to terminate the other side of the meter in a 50-ohm load, and work out any issues you may have about cable length affecting the accuracy of the reading. I believe there are some prior threads about this.
For several centuries, the Bird 43 was considered to the be all and end of of in-line watt meters. I've since switched to a Telewave 44A because it is so much more convenient (no slugs) and no one has ever convinced me that, given the accuracy potential of these meters in general, there is any difference between the two.
