Did a Sinclair YAGI 420-430 will be enough to make a RX antenna for 464.91 ??? This antenna will not transmit.

Carl: The antenna will probably work very well as long as you do not transmit.

As a recieve antenna you will have no problems. It will be a little more selective and will require a greater signal level than the proper band antenna, but it will work. Make sure that it is pointed directly at the source, as it will need as much signal as possible. This is especially true with the more elements on the boom.

It will work, but not too well; being 10% off in frequency will reduce efficiency quite a bit. But, given that you are going up in frequency, it is reasonably easy to retune the elements to work at the new frequency using an SWR bridge. If you have no such equipment you'll probably be close enough by taking 10% off the length of each (equal amount from each end of each element). The spacing between elements is not as critical.
