Regarding policy of Administrators on this Forum to Ban members for whatever reasons they deem to fit to their moral principles.
i was member on this Forum for quite some time under nickname "EAX666"
all was OK, untill i asked if someone is willing to exchange certian informations in exchange for other informations, So, to stress "NO CPS or RSS request were posted by me", yet i was banned without any kind of explanation,
So i just want to say.
Thank you very much, as you will BAN also this nick when you read this message.
But, i do not give a flying f..k
self righteous f....s who obviously suffer from delusions of false grandure.

If I were a forum admin and saw a request for trading "informations" I would probably think you were attempting to swap RSS/CPS also, especially if that is they way you worded it. For the most part (in fact I've never seen otherwise) information is exchanged via members of this board via posts, readable by everyone, all the time and I have never seen someone who would only give useful information to another member in exchange for their top secret piece of information.
If you have information, tips, tricks, hacks, etc you post them in a message for other people to read and make use of. I've never seen someone come on and say "psst.. hey.. I'll let you in on XYZ if you let me in on ABC.."
Now your back posting and admitting that your a member that was previously banned and admitting to the fact that your circumventing a ban. In my opinion that alone is reason to get bounced from the board again. Instead of coming on and demeaning the admins and being inflammatory why don't you go for a walk, calm down and rethink what your doing. Perhaps if you had created a new username and sent a single PM to an admin explaining your side of the case and that you weren't attempting to trade RSS/CPS then perhaps they might, and I say might because I don't speak for them, take it to heart and reinstate your account. The fact that you've gone about it in this manner doesn't make for a strong case for innocence.

EDIT: And by the looks of it you were banned for attempting to solicit a Motorola Online account from another user, not for trading RSS/CPS (even though it's basically the same thing).

You were given the ax because of complaints from the general membership that you were PM'ing them with requests for MOL account access, after having a public request pulled from view & told it was a no-no. You were told that Motorola gives varying levels of MOL access for a reason, and your phishing for access could very well be interpreted as asking for RSS, since some people have that access through MOL. It has nothing to do with us being self-righteous, and everything to do with you being too stupid to follow rules. Buh-bye.

It never ceases to amase me that a lot of people don't get it - and to some extent sometimes I don't - but I want to be clear:
You can't 'phish' - the act of asking people for account information to gain access to electronic information.
My advice would be to simply let it go - and find another place to spend your online time. There's worse things that can happen short of getting booted off a message board.

also...Being a member here is a priviledge - and not a right. You've lost that priviledge.

Tood and Alex,
While I understand that you want people here to know what is going on, and keep rumors from running rampant, you don't have to explain yourselves to most of us. Those of us who do not try to take advantage of the rules trust you admins to do a good job. For those who don't? They can find another board to frequent, or not. Better yet, they can do some work, learn what it takes, invest their own money, and start a board of their own. That board can then be run exactly how they want it to be. Odds are that they will still complain about something, though.
When I was a young Petty Officer Third Class in the Navy, a supervisor of mine gave me some good advice. I was the Nigt Shift Supervisor of the COM/NAV shop. We had an incident where I let a guy go home early one night. Later that night, actually, early the next morning, he was pulled over for DUI. He had left work and went straight to a bar, not home to his daughter's birthday party as he had told me. My supervisor was advising me on early secures, and he gave me some sage advice. He told me, "If you are convinced that someone is 'bargaining in good faith', and you don't need them here, then by all means let them leave. If you feel they are not negotiating in good faith, then don't."
The lesson I took away from that is this: If you live your life negotiating in good faith, people will notice. If you are where you are supposed to be, doing what you are supposed to be doing, and NOT doing what you are not supposed to be doing, then people will generally leave you alone, and not hassle you. Once you break that trust, all bets are off. It is in your best interest to follow the rules, and not try to take advantage of those rules. This "rule" seems to apply here, so I thought I would share it.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone. All I want for Christmas is to see my Irish beat the Buckeyes. I'm paying good money to get to Phoenix and go to the game, so they better not let me down.

Mr. PusiteKurac,
You do not even give your real name here as most of us do, then you complain when warned about improper posts, ect;.
We are here TO help each other, and to NOT degrade the members here.
