I'm getting sick and tired of talking on my XTS3000 then after letting the PTT go, i hear the low battery alert, but its a completly charged battery but if i put pressure on the battery it wont have the low battery alert.
i'm going to try a new battery and hopefully that will solve the problem, i'm not a toltal radio geek, but i need to know what type of battery i should get. can anyone help?

I am selling several NOS RNN4007 NiMH batteries for the XTS series. These are the high capacity intrinsically safe ones. $25 each plus shipping.

The main battery that i use is a
-mutiplier M8923-HX
that is the batt. that i'm talking about.
but i also have the following, and have more problems with them.
-Motorola NMH -- 238 -- ZK -- RNN4006AR
-BatteryZONE -- BZ8299MH

They are new 0306 date code. If you have to push the battery on hard your contact may be dirty or bad. My motorola shop told me its a bad design on the contacts for the radio and they replace alot of them.

i just put the battery zone batt. on the radio and it was looser then the other batt. but was not making the low batt. alert when i unkey.
but i'm going to send that back to battery zone and see if it is still under warrenty...
but i still want to buy a NEW Motorola Battery and just use thos two as spares, and throw away that Motorola RNN4006AR
