Sorry to repost this but i am in bad need of this and am asking for your help. The help files in the programming software says you can do this but does not tell you how and the manual does not either. I was hopeing that with all the Motorola folks there is bound to be someone out there that can help me are has a good idea on how to do this. The help files says you can pick linked repeater on the repeater option and you can add either another R1225 repeater for cross band linking are use a Motorola radio as long as the link radio has a 16 pin connector. the way i take it all you need is a cable????? does anyone know how this works and if not can a RICK be used for this?? I would prefer just useing the cable if that can be done but if not i have and can use a RICK. I just wont to make sure and not mess up a new R1225 so any help would be great. a list of how the pins should be programmed would be great. thanks again.

As I've never spent any time on the R1225 Repeater package other than helping troubleshoot a system problem which ended up being Subscriber unit problems. I don't possess a /\/\ Service Manual or any of their RSS / CSS for these products.

I've spent some time researching the basic /\/\ M1225 Mobile which I believe is the main unit of the R1225 Repeater station and came across the following website:

I'm convinced that you should do the research on the site provided and you might find most of the answers to your questions pertaining to this /\/\ Low Tier Analog Repeater Product. I remember seeing some of the BatLab moderators refer to this same website to other people posting similar questions.
