ADVISOR Programming problem

Hi,
I have an Advisor pocsag pager, model number A03KLB5305AA (1991) (4 pagers are the same and they are working). I can't read/program that pager and the error message that I get is "Incorrect data has been received", I'm using 07.02 version of advisor rss.
The newer advisor pocsag (1994, not synthesized), (I don't know the model number) and the old advisor GSC pagers has been programmed without any errors.
(As I know the memory & I/O addresses are different in both models)
What can be the problem ? What software should I use ?
Maybe it's a logical problem and can be fixed using NOT gates at the TX/RX of the pager cradle ?
