Speaker Microphone Connections?

Could someone kindly advise apart from the dimension difference, if the speaker microphone connections for Motorola's 2 pin business radios (eg: GP300, AP50, etc) are the same as thier FRS 2 pin connections (eg: Talkabout DPS, Distance, 250), or are they different?

Talkabout: DPS, Distance, 250
2.5mm tip - Mic + PTT
3.5mm tip - SPKR+
3.5mm sleeve - SPKR-
2.5mm sleeve - GND
