Hello, i have a radio setup that i am unsure about how it is exactly working.

i have an Astro Spectra Radio, currently used as a Base Station at our firehouse. it is in the 425mhz range. Our fire dispatch uses MDC-1200 to activate our Siren through the astro.

So, here is what i want.

can i put one MDC ID into the radio to activate the siren on wail,
and put another MDC ID into the radio to make the siren fast wail?
can the astro decode Quik call?

Dunno about different codes activating different functions.

No, the Astros won't decode QC.

I moved it into this fourm, as you may get better responses..

Consider using a Cimarron board. They have various setups with aux. relays, though I don't remember offhand if you can specify specific relays by specific IDs.

if you wouldnt mind, could you possible give me a bit more information on this Cimarron board. i have honestly never heard of anything like it before. perhaps you could link me to a website?
