Ok,
I sleep through old plectrons and my 5 w/ amp charger. I purchased an alarm clock that shakes my bed. It works. I can purchase the bed shaker seperate. Would I be able to install that into my amp charger so when the pager goes off, my bed will shake? If so, how? Would I be able to se this alarm clock to go off when the pager does?

Just route some det cord through the relay and hook the end to a blasting cap on the night stand. Much less complicated than a bed shaker, although somewhat one-time-use only.

Holy crap; how could you not wake up to the tones from an amp charger? Mine will wake the dead in the next township!

Or wait...you must be married. My ex-gf used to get pissed with the volume turned up...

When I first snagged myself a Minitor II amp charger a few years ago, I thought "Wow, this is cool. I'll turn the volume up all the way and I'm sure to wake up!" Holy crap, that was a bad idea. The first time we had a call in the middle of the night, it actually took me longer to get out of the house because scared the bejesus out of me and I almost went into cardiac arrest.

My M4 amp charger turned up all the way, along with a 100-watt light, is only usually successful at getting me out of bed. Of course, now I've got a pimpin' M5 (the comms guy gets the latest stuff), which, of course, doesn't have an amp charger because of Ma M's snafu. Durn.
