The fastest part I've found through regular distribution channels is the -90TI. DigiKey has loads of them.
No one seems to be carrying the -70's. If you absolutely, positively need that fast a chip, you may have better luck getting samples through Atmel
http://www.atmel.com/forms/Samples.asp?family_id=624
Failing that, just search for the part number AT49LV001NT-90TI at
http://www.digikey.com. Lots of hits.
Happy hunting.

I downloaded brosure from
http://www.atmel.com
At DigiKey min order 312pcs for AT49LV001NT-90TI.
I need only 25 pcs for it.
Do you have stock?

Mouser shows them as non-stock, backordered. You can call them or e-mail them and find out what their lead time would be and how long it would take them to get to you. It allowed me to place only 25 in my cart, so there's no minimum order.
Mouser Part Number 556-AT49LV001NT-12JI
70ns Atmel PLCC-32 128K x 8 (1M bit) $5.37/Each or $4.58 if you buy 25

Sorry, I'm not a stocking distributor. Sounds like your best bet may be either Mouser or contacting Atmel for a sample or three.
Happy hunting.

Can AT49LV001NT-70TI replace with AT49BV001-55TI?

I don't see why not. The -55 is a faster part. Assuming your circuit was working with a -90 or -70, I don't see any reason why it would fail with a part capable of higher speed.
Rule of Thumb: Where memory (PROM, EPROM, EEPROM) devices are concerned, you can almost always replace a slower part with one rated for higher speed, and not have any problems.
Happy tweaking.

I use AT49BV001-55TI to replace AT49LV001NT-70TI for gp328/gp338/gp308 (Asia region) still no power up.
Before replace it, i read all data from AT49LV001NT-70TI,
then write to AT49BV001-55TI.
Use EasyPro 80B to read & write flash room.
