What I need is a VHF trunked Astro Spectra DOS codeplug. Specifically I want the image to have the software encryption feature enabled (H07 option). The codeplug can be either high or low split VHF and either W4 or W7. I would even look at a UHF image for famiiarization. Any help
would really be apreciated.

You realize the software encryption will only function properly under OLD... VSELP radios, right?

tvsjr Im just learning about the encryption. if you could point me to some information i would be happy to read and learn. I do have a image that has the hardware encryption enabled and my flash supports the H07 feature. If you want to pm me with some basics that would really be apreciated.

What exactly are you looking to do? In the software itself, there really isn't much for options as the encryption work is done by the hardware, and in software encyption, the work is done internally by the firmware of the radio.

I am trying to enter the encryption keys directly into the radio. I dont have a keyloader. It is my understanding that with the software feature enabled i can enter the apropriate key/s with out needing the loader and use encryption on my radios.

unless your radios firmware is setup for multikey, it won't work. Soft Encryption was a VSELP feature not IMBE.

I think i now understand. My radio is about 2 years old so probably is IMBE. I was just interested in trying out the astro encryption not dvp/des. It looks like it might be time to save up for a keyloader.
