Hi,
I need some help.
I am looking to buy, or build a desk mount ( table mount) box for my 4 motorola spectra ( 3 button) radio A5.
I need some kind of box to mount each radio in. I was thinking of the boxes that are used in center console applications like that in police cars
I have not been able to find out any info on this
I an hoping to get info on that mount
and advise on buidling
or buying a mount
Thanks!

Jake,
How about something like the Havis Consolidator series console, specifically the c-1000

It should be the second one on the page. I have seen people mount the console on its end, which might work perfectly on your desk.

You will need to find your local distributor through this link, and they will be able to refer you to a dealer.
http://www.havis.com/Distributors/Distributors.html
You can order the console with the part number listed next to the image on the website. You will also have to specify which equipment brackets you need to mount your radios.
The table at the following links will allow you to choose the brackets for your specific radio.

I can help you to confirm you have the correct console to fit all of your radios. Let me know if the A5's are remote or self contained.

Thanks for everyones Help!
I could not find mounts that would fit the aplication So I took some long sticks of metal and drilled holes in it, and used the mounting holes on the side --- And I stacked them together. Looks much better than it sounds... Racks will come in the future
Thanks!
