I have a 4 channel CT150 radio model # AAH34RCC9AA1AN that needs a new channel selector switch. The parts list only shows one switch but I know this to be a 16 channel part because I have ordered it before for a 16 channel unit. There is no other number listed for 4 channel. Also, no 4 channel number for the knob as moto did with 2 and 8 channel GP300 units. I have verified on another portable that the switch only goes to 4 positions even when out of the housing. Anyone have any input on this? Thanks for any help.

they are all capable of 16ch, it's the knob that makes the difference and has the plastic stopper inside of it that stops it at 4ch.

In early CT and HT750 versions, there was a metal stop under the freq. knob to stop the switch.

However, that is no longer the case, the new four channel switch is 4080710Z34. It stops at position 4.
