programming cable for Motorola Radius P1225

Post by Max »

I am trying to make a programming cable for a Motorola Radius P1225.
I am going to use a drop in charger ,i know that you need to use X2 (data ground) and X3 (data input) from the battery on the rear of the radio ,i just need to find out the schematic for the 25 pin to the rib.So i need to know how to wire the 2 pins in the charger to a 25 pin D.
Thanks in advance for any help.

The connections are the same to the db25 as the Maxtrac cable.

X2 ------ pin 1
X3 ------ pin 15

short pins 4 and 11 on the db25, and you should be all set.
