Batboard

The model is D34LRA77A5DK (16 pin). The radio is intermittant dead or funny. One time I switched it on and there was only the top half of digit 8 showing on display. The next time switched on, it was locked on transmitt. Next time it was completely dead. It is still dead. 12 volts and 9 volts are normal in radio. Micro crytal is oscillating. Boards look good on both sides. I cannot read radio. What do I check next?

Ck/clean the interconnect pins between top and bottom boards.
