Help with TPN1110B Power Supply

Hello,
I have a TPN1110B power supply that I want to use to power some of my ham radio equipment. All will be rack mounted. I want to be able to cut the power supply on and off from a switch on a rack panel. Can any of the extra wires coming from the side of the power supply be used to cut the power supply on and off?
I downloaded the schematic and it shows only one wire that goes to a remote switch. The schematic show YLW/BRW wire to local panel ON-OFF switch. Where would the wire leaving the ON-OFF switch go to?
Another question I have is. I need 5 volts ( low amperage ) to power the LED volt and amp meters I want to hook to the power supply. Can the 9.5v on the small wires of the accessory plug be adjusted down to 5 volts?
thanks,
RLP
