sho me light by the inch

Post by lunzac »

i am putting in 60" of the sho me light by the inch into the tailgate of my 2000 F150. the center 8 sections are going to be TD (amber), and i want to use the 4 outer sections (red) for additional stop, turn, and tail. my plan is to use 1 section on each side for tail and 1 section for stop/ turn.

my question is whats the law on tail light brightness compared to stop/ turn brightness. second question is if i have to make the tail light section less bright than the stop/ turn section, how do i do that?

thanks
