I want to use my Saber III for some ham frequencies. I use a repeater with autopatch, and it utilized the buttons A-D to control some of the functions. Is there any way to use the DTMF pad on the Saber III to be able to generate the A-D tones?

No, there's no way to include A-D.

The GP68 is the only Motorola handheld that I know of that has DTMF including these four extra buttons.
