Motorola Xts question

The question i have is about Xts 5000, 3000 radio programing: What are the basic things you need to program xts radios.

XTS3000:
ASTRO Portable RSS + fast machine running DOS
* or *
ASTRO Portable CPS + Windows box
RLN4008 RIB or equivalent
RIB-Radio cable
XTS5000:
ASTRO 25 CPS + Windows box
RIB-less programming cable (USB or Serial)
