Hi

I am trying to find out if there is a way to get the serial number of a MCS2000 out of the radio if there is no serial no sticker or you can not get to it?

I know you can with MTS but not sure with MCS

Just read the radio with CPS and look under radio information.

Or press the middle button (in the row of 5 along the bottom) 5 times within 10 seconds of the radio finishing it's 'self test' upon power up & it'll go into test mode. First set of numbers is the firmware version, second set is the model#, third set is the ser#.
