HT750 With Noisy Transmit

Anyone run across this one? All 5 radios programmed exactly the same but one (1) of them transmits a noise. Using the External speaker mic the radio makes the same sound. Audio is present but an aggravating noise comes with the transmission. Purring cat sound ??? Any ideas would be appreciated. Take care
