Requesting help from an administrator, who to ask first?

My account says to make contact with an administrator.
I know everyone is busy with their duties here, and their private lives as well, so I wouldn't want to ask the wrong person, get no reply indicating "wrong person", and have things go from bad to far worse.
Suggestions?

Ask any of us...myself, Alex or Jaymz...we are all generally around daily. What kind of troubles are you having?

I am usually around as well - though I answer usually only through PM's on here. Usually don't via email.
However, I do get questions about things that either I reply to or post about via email and PM - and those I leave unanswered for a couple reasons:
This is an information resource - for anyone who is able to read the board. The questions that I have gotten in PM's that should be asked on the board usually go unanswered. While I do think that I know a lot of random stuff - I'm not the end all be all of knoledge. That's why this board exists. So, in effort to get your question answered in a timly fasion, pming us isn't always going to guarentee an answer (at least me personally.)
Great exampls of this are: I have a spectra and I want to know why it won't transmit right - that's a great question for the board - and not for my PM box.
There's always someone else out there with the same question or problem, so it's best if it gets asked. There are things that aren't appropriate, and that's covered in the FAQ as well as the main page.
If it's an administrative task - your having a problem with your account, rule question, etc, then we are always here to help - feel free to ask.
