maxtrac DTMF mic will it work on CDM?

i have a feeling that the answer is yes. the standard maxtrac mic works on cdm but will the maxtrac DTMF mic work. i need a DTMF mic for CDM but the mic is expensive new so i want to buy a used maxtrac mic on ebay. thank you

I use one on my CDM1250 from time to time and it works fine.

just a note... the Maxtrac DTMF mics will work with the CDM radios, but the reverse is not true..the CDM DTMF mics do not generate tones...the mic sends code to the radio & the tones are genrated inside the radio
