Good Afternoon From Beautiful Sunny Australia.
I am looking at LOTS of VHF GP68's on Ebay. Can some more authorative figure rather than the man from Hong Kong who wants to flog them answer definatively on the following:

Do they support 12.5khz spacing on the VHF 136-174 Mhz models ?

The VHF GP68 does 5 khz steps. The IF filters are either 30khz channel, +/- 5kdev, or 15 khz spacing and 2.5kdev.

Thank you Will, the guy in HK was telling me otherwise... Just wanted to make sure from someone who would know rather than take the word of a "trustworthy" salesman.
