Freeware Alphanumeric/TAP Computer Software?

I am looking around for freeware programs that will do TAP alphanumeric paging and am wondering if any stand out...so far they have been kind of kludgy though working...I have tried WinPage Lite and NotePager 32 also some russian thing that did not work with my terminal.
