AVA mic

Can anyone tell me how to wire in an old M mic model number tmn6013 to an AVA? I have an adaptor that the mic can plug into, but I need to know what wires from the 8-pin t hok up to what aires from the 4-pin.

The AVA uses a standard maxtrac/radius mic..
