Frequency ranges

Post by pepzi »

I've got a Motorola GM950 N4, that I've built a RLN4008B and cables for. GM950 RSS R02.00.00 is working without problems on a Pentium 133MHz with MMX extensions.

The thing is that the radio is on the 136 - 174MHz band, but I need it to be on 66 - 88MHz. Is this possible with my current equipment, do I need an SRIB or is it "impossible" to do?

Sorry if this has already been answered before, but I wasn't able to find anything with the search-function.

Ok, thanks. I just thought it was only a software limitation, but then I guess there is differences in the hardware too? :(
