I need to convert a MCS2000 Model II from a current remote mounted setup to a front mount (Dash Mount). I looked thru my manuals and unable to locate the part number for the two plastic pieces that hold the head onto the radio.

There is a platic ring that slides down over the drawer unit poertion of the radio, and then theres the larger plastic ring that attaches to the backk of the control head.

Anybody have any idea what the part numbers for these two pieces are?

It does...you just have to use the right combination of words. Just typing in "mcs2000" gives 892 matches...typing in "mcs2000" and "remote" gives 131...adding "head" to the search gives 61 results...adding "plastic" finally gives 7 matches, of which the post VX gave is number 3.

Not that you'll know every word to search for, but trying several different possibilities is how I generally find what I'm looking for.
