Batboard

I'm looking for software to decode paging tones (fire departments). I would like have it play either a wav file or execute some other application.
I thought that I might be able to do it with Wintone 2.0, but I can't.

I hope I'm in the right area - Its kinda computer related.

Any suggestions would help - Thanks
