Batboard

When attempting to read the code plug from my MaxTrac 888 I get an error message '56 yada yada yada.' That was the first attempt. Now its telling me that I have an overlap error and it won't even begin to read the codeplug.

What am I doing wrong?

I'm using a slow PC (25mhz) in DOS mode
Good RIB
Good programming cable
