HT1550 LED Flashes green

The radio turns on intermittenly. Sometimes it will sometimes it wont. Even when off the led on top flashes green.

I just got the radio back from having the LCD replaced.

Any thoughts on this problem?

If you just got it back from repair, take it back and get moto to fix it properly under the 30day warranty for their repairs.
