I am sure this has been asked and answered on here before. Can a 403-433 systems Saber be converted to 438-470 by switching module? I have a good working 438-470 Saber I and found a 403-433 systems Saber and was hoping I could change modules. Thanks

I have converted around half a dozen 406Mhz Systems Saber I to 438Mhz Systems Saber III by changing out the front shield assy, synthesizer, pa, rf-mixer, and antenna switch modules. After reprogramming and realignment they worked fine.

As a test I tried one with the orignal pa and antenna switch modules. It seemed to work ok but since I had a full set of modules I changed them out. The highest frequency we use is 465.5Mhz.
